The non-slip finish is integrated directly into the fiberglass step surface. It is not an adhesive strip glued on top that ends up peeling off after a few seasons. The texture remains consistent, winter and summer, even under snow and ice.
Each step is manufactured on 3/4-inch plywood, fully covered with resin and fiberglass to form a completely waterproof surface. Water does not penetrate, which protects the structure of your aluminum staircase and extends its lifespan.
Our fiberglass steps include the tread, riser and nosing. Everything is custom-manufactured to the exact dimensions of your staircase and installed on aluminum stringers for a complete and durable assembly.
Fiberglass Step Colors
Our fiberglass steps are available in three types of finishes: granite, Greca and solid colors. All colors from the SICO 6000 range are available to match your fiberglass balcony and the rest of your outdoor installation.
The granite finish is the most popular for staircase steps: its textured appearance conceals daily wear marks well. The Greca finish offers a more refined look. Solid colors provide a clean, modern appearance.
You can also opt for aluminum steps if you prefer an all-metal system.
